Getting paid, as you would imagine is essentially fundamental to your business because if you are not paid, what’s the point in business?

I know of a businessman who habitually gets bad debts like weeds. How is that possible? Probably because he can’t bring himself to demand the money and allows people to take advantage of him.
If you permit someone credit, only do so if they have proven their integrity to you by paying cash on delivery (COD) for a period. Secondly, you need to see whether they have the resources to pay you - if not don’t do business with them. Don’t kid yourself into saying “I need the work” or “I need the sales”. It’s fruitless to do the job or providing the goods for zip if you do not get paid.

Remember every day you accomplish your goals and check off all the chores on your list, you become a little closer to reaching your weekly and finally your yearly and long term goals.
